BLESSING BY THE SEA is a newly-renovated home that has everything you need to make your dreams come true. The home is a Caribbean themed three-story luxury vacation home located approximately 125 yards from the beach pavilion (2 - 3-minute walk) and is only three houses away from the main neighborhood pool within the EMERALD SHORES subdivision, a gated beach ownership community! EMERALD SHORES is the only residential community in Destin that has a private beach pavilion with restrooms, outdoor showers, beach service and it's very own Bar. It's available at the EMERALD SHORES beach pavilion!
The home has a spacious 3000 square feet with which to spoil yourself and overflows with luxurious upgrades including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, 12 ft. crown molding ceilings, tile and hardwood floors, bed linens, towels, dishes, silverware, decor, accent lighting, 82" & 55" smart tvs, a game room with wet bar and refrigerator on the third floor and more.
BLESSING BY THE SEA, features five bedrooms with a luxurious Master Suite, The 3rd bedroom on the second level is a bunk bed extravaganza (2 bunk twins/full sleep 6 kids). The ample room in this home is a great set-up for three families with the 3rd floor game room providing a private TV and play area for the kids or it can be used as a 6th bedroom utilizing the two double sleepers.
Balconies, porches, decks, and patios give you ample room to lounge around in a tropical paradise. French doors open up to soak in the tropical Gulf breezes. The home is located on the first beach street cul-de-sac in the neighborhood and is a very short walk to the beach, the large heated community pool, onsite tennis, and basketball courts or restaurants. BLESSING BY THE SEA provides complimentary WIFI high-speed Internet access. An array of amenities is at your doorstep. Several Gulf-Front Seafood Restaurants are even within walking distance of the home.

Comfortable
The beach house was beautiful and clean! We really enjoyed our stay. Anytime I needed something or had a question, the owner was quick to respond, nice and very helpful. The greatest part of our trip was that the beach and pool were within walking distance, which the kids loved! I would definitely recommend this place and plan on coming back to Blessing by the Sea!

Wonderful home with plenty of room for a large group!
Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home!!! We had a fabulous time as a family- group of 19- and enjoyed the closeness to the beach, large family room with a spacious couch, and ease of working with the owners!!! Jackie was so very helpful and friendly. I can’t say enough good things about this home and owner! Highly recommended!!!!!

Absolutely Wonderful
We have been coming each winter to Destin for the past 5 years and this home is by far the best place we have stayed. The first floor master bedroom was large comfortable and perfectly situated for my wife and I. We had other relative staying in Destin and several friends visit us during our stay. The living room had more than enough space to accommodate all of our visitors. The Kitchen is well stocked with just about everything you need including an ice machine which was great for our cocktail hours. The home is only a short walk to the beach and we walked several time to Captain Dave's and Kenny D's for dinner. We love the place so much that we have already booked if for 2019. We can't wait to return and enjoy this wonderful home. Thanks Jackie for all the help you gave us. See you next year.

Best experience we have had in our lives, From the first time we contact the Owner and property manager, Jackie, to the moment we left the house, it was an amazing experience. Exceptional costumer service, fast responses, attention to detail, willingness to help, BEAUTIFUL AND SPACIOUS HOME, family oriented, it has everything you need, SPOTLESS AND CLEAN and i could write more and more positive things about BLESSING BY THE SEA, but words cannot describe the beauty and convenience of this place which is truly BLESSED! Loved this property
When we opened the front door of this property we were all impressed with the decorating, the size of the rooms and the cleanliness. We found everything available for our week's stay. The owner provided a wagon for us to transport our beach gear to the beach which was just a short walk. The beach was wonderful and we also enjoyed the pool. The owner was available if we needed anything. I would come here again.

A true Blessing!
This is our second trip to Destin but first at Blessings by the Sea. We were absolutely thrilled with the home when we arrived, it is a beautiful home and was perfect for our family and the family we stayed with. The kids loved the second floor, they made it their own with the great bunk room and large master in the other bedroom. Having two master bedrooms was absolutely perfect. Everything was updated and looked brand new and the home was so clean upon arrival. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. And the bonus of the second refrigerator was fantastic. But Jackie the owner was the best part of the trip, she was so very accommodating and ready to help us in any way possible to have a great stay. Because of her attention and caring alone, I would rent this home again. The bathrooms on the beach were another great added bonus as well as the wagon to pull our stuff to the beach. No doubt we would rent again at Blessings by the Sea!!!

A Blessing for us
We traveled to Destin to spend Christmas with our son, daughter-in-law, and grandson - we brought the whole family - three adult children & their spouses and three grandchildren, ages 5 to 14. Blessing by the Sea was perfect for our large group. The extra living space on the third floor was great for the young men that wanted to play games & be loud. The wrap around leather sectional recliners in the living room were awesome - no fighting for space on the couch - there was room for everyone! The kitchen was perfect - the ice machine in the kitchen is brilliant and two refrigerators were so helpful for our large group. There was enough bedding and linens for all - the bathrooms were well stocked with what we needed. Everything was so clean and ready for us to just move in. The location was perfect - the beach was so close that even the four year old had no problem keeping up when we walked there - the little wagon was helpful for the return trip. In all, we had a wonderful Christmas with our family & even though we weren't at home, it felt almost like home. We are planning on going back this year and doing it again. The youngest grandson wants to go back to Grandma's house on the beach!!!

Blessings Galore!!!
Our families have spent Thanksgiving in Destin Florida and Emerald Shores specifically for decades. Last year we rented Blessings by the Sea and IT WAS a tremendous BLESSING for our family. Many times the bedding is an issue but we had just what we needed. This home was perfect for us. Each of my children had a floor of their own. The sitting area was great for our large family, Kitchen was very well supplied. Plenty of everything. We were so comfortable and had a great week. Really enjoyed seeing photos ofJackie and her family. We watched football (Georgia and LSU) that weekend so guys really enjoyed the large screen! Everything about our stay was wonderful. We FELT SO AT HOME we tried to get it again this year but it's wasn't available :( I would highly recommend this vacation home!!

The perfect vacation house!
I have rented vacation homes every year on the Beach for many years, but this house took our breath away, both with its beautiful furnishings, layout and location. There were 17 of us, six of which were kids from 4 to 14. There was plenty of room to get together and also to spread out and have privacy. The house was amazingly equipped and even had 2 refrigerators which came in very handy. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and with bathrooms on the beach. Owners were amazing and kind and were in contact to make sure everything was as it should be. I had the best experience ever, and i felt like i was staying at my friends' home away from home rather than Just a rental. We are excited about booking our next vacation there and highly recommend it to any large family or group of friends.

Wonderful vacation home!
Blessing by the Sea was a great rental property for our large family! There was plenty of space for everyone (14 of us) and we never felt crowded. The proximity to the beach was a big plus for us. My parents are getting a little older, but they were able to make it down there with ease (even without the use of the beach shuttle that would run throughout the community.) We especially loved the cabana at the beach. Our family ordered food from there on a couple of occasions and it was excellent. The kids loved the iceballs from there too! The living/dining/kitchen area provided enough room for all of us to hang out and play games or watch TV at night. Jackie was super easy to work with--she really is looking out for you and your vacation. Her customer service is top notch!! I would definitely recommend this property and look forward to staying in the future.

AWESOME HOUSE and OWNER!!
Blessing by the Sea is a wonderful house with all of the comforts of home with many extras that most vacation homes do not offer. As soon as our group walked into the house, everyone commented that the pictures online do not do it the justice it deserves. We loved it! The big couch in den was wonderful. The beds were comfortable. TVs were a big hit. Jackie is amazing to work with and was very accommodating to our group. Many wonderful memories were made and we hope to return there in the future.
